Champion of career growth reflected in eighteen promotions through hands on mentorship process, structure and training. Scored highest for three consecutive years in studio team satisfaction score "Pulse," of 24 studios world-wide. Lowered attrition rate 2015-2016 from north of 60% to 5%. Recent client engagements include the multi-year digital transformation of Carnival Cruise Corporation, re-thinking the Child Welfare System of California and a multi-year service blueprint for transforming HP Enterprise.

frog design – Creative Director, Experience Design
San Francisco, CA - May 2006  to August 2012
Led and managed innovation teams and digital strategy on global accounts including: GE, AT&T, Disney, Qualcomm, Telstra. Five promotions in six years. Highlights include a global site evolution for GE, AT&T cloud address-book platform, multi-device messaging platform for Verizon, Nuance voice recognition (model for Siri), three year digital transformation of Telstra, and opening frog Sydney.

NYU - ITP, Adjunct Professor
NY, NY January 2009 – June 2009
Developed curriculum for graduate design course on the art and craft of prototyping. Advised students from a diverse range of professional backgrounds in team based projects exploring prototyping methodology in hardware, software and service design.  

NYU - ITP, Reach Research and Internship
NY, NY September 2006 – April 2009  
Established department grant and internship program for NYU's ITP and Rusk Occupational Therapy department to explore interactive video projection as a motivational tool for children with severe physical impairments. Developed and tested prototypes in partnership with Occupational Therapists and patients at Rusk.

Verizon - Interaction Designer
NY, NY April 2005 – June 2006
Led end-to-end systems design research for Verizon IT, improving usability and application functionality across global HR and payroll applications (position held while attending NYU's ITP Program).

11 Inc. - Senior Interactive Media Producer

Produced integrated, interactive media campaign content and websites for clients including Williams Sonoma, Barclay’s Global Investments, IDT.  Strengthened client relations and streamlined design process with exceptional planning and execution.
